[JDEV] What about discussing in an IRC server?

Because IRC is a better way to get ideas than a mailing list, I think we
must set an IRC server at jabber.org , so that we can discuss things
about jabber easier. And we can mail the log file every 24 hours for the
other that weren't in the IRC server.
