[JDEV] XML::Parser

	I'm curiouse if anyone has ever taken a look at this perl module..  I'm
reading a write up on it, and it basically says it's actually BASED on expat
in how it works, only in perl instead..  It's event driven, and actually
functions nearly exactly the same AS expat..

	The entire xpt package we're using could be rewritten in perl for usein
perl modules, it looks like..
